Monday – Wednesday – Friday: 7:00PM – 9:00PM

In the Jungle you need to be prepared for the unknown. This is no different in life. In the spirit of teaching well rounded self-defense we want you to be ready for anything. Nothing is worse than getting stuck in a dangerous situation and needing a skill you could have learned. Self-defense doesn’t follow a script. You never know which way a fight is going to go. Jungle Gym MMA is here to round out your tool box by delivering a solid foundation of Mixed Martial Arts fundamentals. The Art of Boxing will continue to be our primary focus at Jungle Gym. Our MMA Program is here to deliver a well-rounded skill set that could someday save your life.

Coach Bio:

Adam Linn, is a U.S. Air Force veteran and a long-time student/coach of the Martial Arts. While in the Air Force he was stationed over in the Netherlands.  This is where Adam’s MMA foundation comes from.  While in the Netherlands, Adam started coaching and competed in the European submission grappling circuit. He is trained in the Dutch style Kickboxing and Mixed Martial Arts.

Adam holds a Bachelor’s degree in Healthy Lifestyles Coaching through Arizona State University and carried a Personal Trainer certification through the National Council on Strength and Fitness (NCSF).

Adam is an approachable instructor who meets his students where they are and helps them achieve their specific goals at their own pace. He strongly believes in keeping a, “SAFE, CLEAN and PLAYFUL environment where individuals can make mistakes and grow as people and martial artists.” Adam says, “We check our pride and aggression at the door and together help each other become better versions of ourselves.”

Essential Membership – Quick Smash Workouts

Quick SmashWorkouts:
Monday – Friday 10:00AM – 3:30PM

These workouts are available for ALL MEMBERS. They are led by Jesse Walters who is a current professional boxer and Golden Gloves Champion. He’s proven he’s the best and now he’s going to help you become your best. The workouts are quick efficient training sessions you can grab during the day. These are great for anyone looking for a great calorie burn over their lunch break. The workouts are set up to take you through a quick 30 minutes of fun, challenging, and focused training. We understand that many of you don’t have much free time to get a good workout. With Quick Smash you can get a great workout to keep you on pace with your fitness goals.

Each workout starts and finishes with ironing in proper boxing technique. You’ll also be taught real boxing skills to give you a foundation of self-defense if ever needed. Like drops of water is a bucket you will be filled with skills and gain a solid foundation of boxing skills. Don’t dismiss these workouts for easy work. These are challenging and rewarding.

Jungle Gym Academy

This class is designed for competition boxers of all ages and experience levels. It doesn’t matter if you don’t have experience. If you want to compete, this is where you learn to do it right.  Jungle Gym Boxing Academy is Jungle Boy Boxing Gym renamed. The class is run by Zach Walters and Mike Bockovich. These two have been all over the nation with their boxers and love to bring out the champion within you.

Part of that success is an academic approach to teaching the art of boxing. They teach all boxers the way of the champion where boxers learn the essence of continual improvement and pushing their limits. Whether in training,or competition,boxers are trained togive their best. With competition we win or we learn. The only responsibility of the boxer is to be ready to compete at their best. The result of winning is never guaranteed. What is guaranteed is each boxer is ready to compete at their personal best!

Not all boxers will become champions, but while they are under our supervision, they will learn to embrace a spirit of consistently giving their best work in and out of the ring.Our coaches have taught the Art of Boxing for over a decade. Within that time, they have helped boys grow into men and become champions.

Jungle Gym Boxing Academy is an unforgettable experience. Our coaches know the journey to becoming a champion. Mike Bockovich is a 2-Time Golden Gloves Champion. Zach Walters was a Golden Gloves Champion and won several championships as a Professional boxer. They have a proven method how to lead their boxers to their best work.

Lion and Gazelle:  Every morning in Africa, a gazelle wakes up. It knows it must run faster than the fastest lion or it will be killed. Every morning a lion wakes up. It knows it must outrun the slowest gazelle or it will starve to death.It doesn’t matter if you’re the gazelle or the lion. When you wake up you better be ready to survive!

This class is taught by Zach Walters. The class started out with just Zach training on his own to stay in shape and keep a completive edge.  Then a few buddies started to train with him and a couple months late a full out class was born. These workouts are fun and challenging. They are put together with many of training methods used to prepare the pro boxers for competition. A new work out is there to meet you every day you show up to train.

Make these workouts a part of your weekly morning routine to make your fitness goals a reality. I guarantee you will see results. Not only will you get in great shape, you will also gain a foundation of legit boxing skills.
